IndesignRightNow Pastors+ invites pastoral teams into growth and development mindsets through video training courses and companion study guides. When the Indesign template for these study guides was initially created, the RightNow Media design team had to use copied rectangles to ensure consistent spacing between text frames. On my own initiative, I cleaned up the template and replaced the rectangles with paragraph and character styles that automated all text distribution across a document. This shrunk production time for new guides from days to hours.
